Hi, I’m Dajana-a dancer, traveler, and the creator of OMW to Jamaica.
I was born and raised in Bydgoszcz, Poland, where my love for dance began right at home. That passion soon took me much further, leading me to new places and experiences around the world.
I spent 9 years living in the Netherlands, teaching dancehall at some of the country’s best schools, including the well-known Amsterdam Dance Center. During this time, I also danced in music videos for Dutch artists like Broederliefde, and in 2016, I had the amazing opportunity to perform with Kings of Leon at the MTV EMA Awards in Rotterdam.
In addition to dancing, I have a degree in Tourism Management. I’ve also had the pleasure of teaching workshops in South Africa, Spain, and Poland, sharing not just choreography, but the spirit and energy behind it
My journey took a new turn in 2017 when I traveled to the heart of dancehall culture-Jamaica. I started visiting regularly to learn directly from the source: the dancers, the creators, the streets. This passion inspired me to combine my love for dance with my background in tourism, and that’s how OMW to Jamaica was born-my cultural dancehall trips to Jamaica.
To date, I’ve visited Jamaica 10 times and brought over 40 women with me for unforgettable, culture-rich dance trips.
Now, I’m back in Poland-but always ready to travel for workshops, creative projects, or collaborations.
