Terms and Conditions of the Website — Digital Products Sales

1.1. The website administrator and digital product seller Is Dajana Dancer Dajana Jurczak, e-mail: dajanadancer@gmail.com.
1.2. These Terms govern the use of the online store, sale of digital products such as dance tutorials, ebooks, dance and sports classes in digital form, and subscription services.
1.3. The offer is available to customers worldwide. - Products and Subscriptions
2.1. Sales include single digital products such as dance tutorials, ebooks, and digital dance and sports classes.
2.2. Digital products may be purchased individually or through a subscription.
2.3. Subscription options include monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.
2.4. A subscription grants the customer access to selected courses, i.e., a set of multiple digital products, for the duration of the subscription period.
2.5. Subscription payments are processed automatically according to the selected payment plan.
2.6. Subscription starts upon payment confirmation, which results in loss of the right to withdraw if the digital service is activated (i.e., access to content is granted), in accordance with applicable law. - Right of Withdrawal
3.1. Customers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days if the digital product has not yet been provided.
3.2. Once the digital service has started (immediate access granted) and with the customer’s explicit consent to start before the withdrawal period ends, the right to withdraw expires.
3.3. Placing an order and starting access means acceptance of these terms. - Complaints
4.1. Customers may submit complaints about non-conformity of the digital product with the contract to: dajanadancer.
4.2. Complaints are processed within 14 days of receipt.
4.3. If justified, the customer is entitled to the replacement of the product or refund. - Technical Requirements
5.1. Customers are responsible for having suitable devices, software, and internet connection to use digital products.
5.2. The seller is not liable for technical difficulties on the customer’s side preventing use of products. - Final Provisions
6.1. Terms and Conditions are available before ordering; acceptance is a prerequisite for contract execution.
6.2. The Terms may change and take effect upon publication on the website.
6.3. Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish and EU law.
